Pre-Conference

Spent a while setting up today, folks are starting to trickle in.

This is getting real. Looks like there will be thousands here tomorrow and the next day. Lots to see and learn and plenty of folks to meet. For now I'm going to enjoy some of the great weather and public art of Houston.
